The Durak Report February 11, Anno Domini 2026
1. Recent News
1.1. Ex-police chief says Trump told him 'thank goodness you're stopping' Epstein in 2000s
Is ABC defending Trump? Or attacking him? It's a bit of both.
1.2. Trump Reportedly Called Police About Epstein In 2006, Said Ghislaine Maxwell Was ‘Evil’
Forbes too. They try to attack Trump for saying he knew nothing about Epstein's alleged crimes, while showing evidence of him calling out Epstein and Maxwell. Weird.
1.3. Trump told Palm Beach police chief ‘thank goodness you’re stopping’ Epstein, called Ghislaine Maxwell ‘evil’ in 2006 phone call: FBI document
New York Post is on it it too, but they left out Trump's more recent comments that the other two publications added.
1.4. What Raskin Found
This is mostly a Trump hit piece. They claim Democrats are fighting back by doing… nothing it seems, and that Democrats have won some political races.
1.5. Trump's tariffs cost American households $1,000 last year: Research group
Oh, I have words.
1.6. CBS claims less than 14% of arrestred illegal immigrants had charges or convictions for violent criminal offenses
Read "criminal"
DHS response:
1.7. Kremlin confirms renewed dialogue with Paris
The big boy of Europe decided to talk. Will Brussels follow?
1.8. US lawmakers name powerful men ‘likely incriminated’ in Epstein files
Ro Khanna just name drops six people on the house floor.
1.9. Multiple fatalities in Canadian school shooting
Small town; possible woman shooter; sadness.
2. Extra words nobody asked for
2.1. Trump's tariffs cost American households $1,000 last year: Research group
Let's start with X.
Backup picture in case removed from X
On X, they show a picture of someone walking through the grocery aisle. The captions reads "Trump's tariffs cost U.S. households $1,000 last year, research group finds"
Again, this is the ABC news account.
So they are clearly trying to imply that groceries are costing more. Great persuasion, but basically a lie.
Less than 20% of our food is imported, thus, tariffs not possible.
Products like coffee, which are mostly grown outside the US, have been exempted from import taxes.
They want to claim it's raising cost of living, but this is obviously untrue unless you actively try to avoid US made foods.
And they finish by saying inflation hasn't increased.
Theses people…
And what's worse, is, just check X, people read the picture, and fall for it.
I'm reminded of the Wizard's First Rule:
"People are stupid. They can be made to believe any lie because either they want to believe it's true or because they are afraid it's true."~ Terry Goodkind
