It failed 51-45. That's 51 in favor. You know Democracy doesn't happen when 51-45 fails.

2. Extra words nobody asked for
2.1. 53 Dems vote against declaring Iran a state sponsor of terror
If one or two members vote against, it's a statement. If the end score is 372-53, and all 53 are from the same party… You know who's in the wrong, and so do they.
And this is for anything that's voted on with this many numbers. The vast majority feel one way, and a strange subset feels another. Maybe one or two of them are doing it for technicalities or some such, but this really paints those 53 Democrats of supporting Iran.

If they are, I hate to have to say this, but it's well justified. I want our troops safe, but considering what the US and the greater west has been doing to Russia through Ukraine…

If I understand this correctly, the executive branch has the right to set tariffs, but since they did it in the name of the wrong law, they must be refunded? This is insane.
