1. Recent News

1.1. UAE exits another oil exporters’ group

UAE exits OPEC, OPEC+, and now OAPEC… How many groups are there?

1.2. Russia declares Victory Day truce, warns Kiev of strike if Moscow

But does the warning mean anything? See below.

1.3. White House put on lockdown after shooting (VIDEO, PHOTO)

Sheesh. Crazy person comes and shoots a kid at the white house, gets detained.

1.4. Canada’s most oil-rich province could vote on breaking away

Looks like they got the signatures for the vote. Let's see what happens!

1.5. Global oil shortages to hit within weeks – Chevron CEO

Is this why they Biden admin was pushing so hard on electric vehicles?

1.6. Ceasefire with Iran is not over, Pentagon's Hegseth says

Guess we just want to blockade them into surrender.

1.7. Bargaining stage: Despite the failure of the U.S. military campaign, Iran’s divided leadership signals readiness for compromise

These titles are silly. "Belligerent A is a failure! Belligerent B is considering surrender."

2. Extra words for which nobody asked

2.1. Russia declares Victory Day truce, warns Kiev of strike if Moscow

If Ukraine attacks Moscow during the truce, during celebrations, then this war will be over, at least effectively so.

Why? Well, two things may happen if Moscow is attacked.

One, Moscow follows through and causes mass harm directly in Kiev, showing that Moscow has been mostly holding back for humanitarian reasons.

Or.

Moscow does not follow though with their warning, showing that Moscow has no real power over this conflict.

There's been a lot of back and forth in this war, mostly with Russia keeping the areas they actually want. Yet the war goes on. Why?

Either Russia, or any other country really, struggles against nations that have an obscene amount of money, military training, and intelligence dumped on them, or the war isn't intended to end yet. Something we've seen many times before, particularly with the US. It's just that the US always fights far away wars against countries that can't hope to hit the homeland. Russia is fighting a neighbor with massive European, and formerly (maybe) American backing.

There is a third possibility that western powers are directly participating in the war and it's those powers that are actually giving Ukraine the ability to consistently target Russian civilians. However, I find this doubtful considering how weak the Europeans are looking these days. Of course, America, or even other large powers such as India or China could be behind it.

In any case, the Russian Ukraine conflict should have been left to Russia and Ukraine. All this backing of Ukraine has brought upon far too much devastation to, not only the people of those two nations, but to the entire global economy.

Funding the underdog always results in more bloodshed.
