The Durak Report June 25, Anno Domini 2026

1. Recent News

1.1. Zelensky doubles down on ultimatum to Russian ally

In spite of Belarus mostly staying out of the war, Zelensky threatens to attack.

1.2. UK’s Starmer resigns as prime minister

This was some days ago, but yea. Whatever. Let's see what happens in a few months.

1.3. Russia ready to defend Belarus from Ukraine – Lavrov

As they should, but they are already fighting Ukraine, not sure what all this changes.

1.4. Iran to set up Hormuz hotline with US

With all the talk, they certainly want to sell their oil.

1.6. Trump orders probe into oil giants

Even when nothing is happening. There's tons happening.

1.7. State-backed raiders seize Odessa church from Ukraine’s largest

Yep. More pressure against the church. Ukraine must be falling.

1.8. Unipolar world is dead – Samir Saran

RT says this a lot, but it's just not true. It'll be a tripolar world someday, but not yet.

1.9. Hungary blocks key step in Ukraine’s EU bid – Politico

Yep. Like I said. Hungary isn't changing just because they have a different PM.

1.10. Bill Gates claims Epstein tried to blackmail him

Well duh, we all saw him absolutely gleeful over his death.

1.11. Did Germany’s corrupt aid agency fund the Houthis?

Oh, I guess Germany had an USAID like agency too.

1.12. Von der Leyen investigated over secret group chat with Zelensky

Neat. Hopefully something comes of it.

1.13. Brutal killing of French teen by ‘migrant gang’ sparks national outrage

Huh. Guess it's happening in France too. Eventually the people will revolt, if they aren't conquered first.

1.16. Iran-U.S. Updates: Oil prices return to near pre-war levels as Oman says no Strait of Hormuz "transit fees"

I don't like linking to these live feeds, but apparently they gave up on the transit fees.

1.17. Trump Offers Support To Venezuela

Two major earthquakes strike Venezuela. Trump vows to send aid.

1.18. Lukashenko says he warned Ukraine not to drag Belarus into war

Another thing we shall see about. I don't think Ukraine can handle another front.

1.19. Afghanistan's Taliban government imposes smartphone ban on government officials

Always a strong sign of a strong government and stable country!

2. Extra words for which nobody asked

2.1. Federal judge blocks Trump administration executive order on mail-in voting

Indira Talwani. The judge's name was Indira Talwani.

Obviously a name like that is going to try to stop any attempt at secure voting.

Looked her up on wiki. Obama pointed judge born in 1960. Aged 65-66.

If we don't know the age of a federal judge, we've got problems.

2.2. Notes

I stopped following CNN all together. It got to the point where every article I try to look at demanded a subscription.

I can't imagine they're doing well. Who would pay for access to CNN articles?
