The Durak Report July 13, Anno Domini 2026

1. Sheesh, my bad

Yea, I need to get back to daily work. I have lots of excuses about life and this and that, but really, it's all BS. We always have time for what we want to do. So…. on with the show!

2. Old News - New section since I'm super late

2.1. US Supreme Court upholds transgender bans in female sports

This was a big one. They upheld bans, but it's still up to the states. Kinda.

2.2. Leader of Germany’s most popular party wants to restore ties with Russia

This has got to be popular. People may like Ukraine, but energy prices hit home hard.

2.4. French opposition targeted in ‘lawfare’ police raids – presidential hopeful

Is this now what "democracy" means? If someone speaks too much truth, raid them?

RT response to the death of Lindsey Graham. See Below. Lindsey Graham was a monster, but not exceptional Ah, there's the hit piece.

More reasons we should keep the offices to people at least a few years younger…

3.6. Millions of Americans take on debt and drain savings to afford food

People can't handle money. Who knew? See below.

3.7. Exposed docs reveal why Tim Walz board awarded repeat child rapist pardon: ‘No future’

  1. Zach Linstrom wanted him to be pardoned so he could spend time with his kids.
  2. They had immigration concerns. Whatever that means.
  3. He was pardoned so he could stay in the country.
  4. Dude says he made a mistake, but it's the victims fault too.
  5. Rubio doesn't care about Vang's (the rapist) flowery words and concerns. He's been deported to Laos.
  6. See below.

4. Extra words for which nobody asked

4.1. Supreme Court strikes down Trump’s birthright citizenship order

It seem abundantly clear, when reviewing historical records, the intent was not to include people who weren't supposed to be in the country. It's also clear that people who are not supposed to be here are not "subject to the jurisdiction thereof"

How can a foreign invader be a subject? Regardless of what people think about illegal aliens, the fact is, they have forcefully entered our country. That makes them an invader, even if it's a single individual. How can this person possibly be a subject?

Does this mean that when the Germans invaded Poland, that those soldiers where "subject to the jurisdiction thereof?"

Words and phrases often have clear meanings. This is one of those times.

4.2. Air conditioning is the EU’s freedom test

So, people in the UK are being told they shouldn't use air conditioning because, environment. Meanwhile China trolls the UK by popping on the AC in an open building with pigs.

RT brought up a very interesting idea. This is a test of freedom for the UK.

Could this be covid 2.0 for them? Another massive test of control?

I wouldn't be surprised if the UK ends up with air conditioning within the next decade. It's either that or, they aren't British anymore.Which means they'll propbably still have air conditioning, on second thought.

4.3. ‘Sober up’ – Polish PM tells Ukraine

It's been what? Over a month now? Ukraine needs Poland. Poland does not need Ukraine. Also, even if Poland did need Ukraine, this is exactly the kind of thing they would fight anyway.

Ukraine, you're still on a back foot, appease everyone. Once your war is over, then you can go back to being dicks. Seems pretty simple.

4.4. Warhawk US Senator Lindsey Graham dies

People said that Russia is celebrating. People say that RT is just state media. With that in mind, we can assume people think that RT pushes the views of Moscow.

Let's see what they say.

Well, to start, "Warhawk US Senator" seems somewhat rude way to introduce a piece on the death of someone, however, it's also kinda true so… Maybe that's what he wanted to be known as, in which case, it's not rude.

Some people say that Russia likes to give people a poison that causes heart attack and is untraceable. Well, maybe, but that seems like a strange thing to know about if it is untraceable.

So naturally, I've heard people say that Russia assassinated him since he was pro Ukraine. Well, he was visiting Ukraine. I guess there could have been a Russian spy that could have done it, but on the other hand, Russia wants the USA to be on their side. I just don't see the motive.

It's also possible that Zelensky had him killed. This seems more likely, considering Graham passed less than 24 hours after leaving Ukraine, but I don't see a motive there either. Unless, of course, it was some sort of message to Trump, but why would they kill off a supporter?

Israel is also being accused, because, why not?

He was an old man. These things happen sometimes. But I do find the story of "a sudden and brief illness" a bit suspect. However, I asked Grok and it says that it's common to say something like that until the family is well notified. Seams reasonable enough.

Anyway, I wanted to see what RT thinks about all of this. Back to reading.

They do mention how he once called for Putin to be assassinated, that he contributed to sanctions against Russia, and that he was one of the biggest Russophobes in the west.

So, mostly neutral, but certainly end on a note that he was not kind to Russia.

But then they bring up the most odd of things, that Graham had been on "Russia's list of extremists and terrorists since 2023."

Maybe you shouldn't have brought that up, unless you want fingers pointed at you.

4.5. Millions of Americans take on debt and drain savings to afford food

My fellow Americans, it's really not that hard.

If grocery prices jumped 50%, you should still be able to afford it. If you cannot, then you are not properly taking care of yourself, or have had a horrible time of it.

Even in poverty, it's easy to be food secure.

We, in this country, have forgotten how to keep our money. Al Bundy didn't support his family on a shoe salesman's salary because he had some high paying job, nor was it due to a strong economy.

It's because he had a house, a tv, an old old car, and maybe some beer. That's it.

Yall's now spend 1000s a month on junk and subscriptions then cry about going into debt for food.

If you are legitimately in a situation where a small increase in prices results in debt for food, you should be in the situation where you can get food assistance. If you are not, then you are clearly doing something wrong.

We are all ultimately responsible for ourselves. If you find yourself going into debt for food. Check your situation. Stop buying energy drinks. Stop buying $7+ coffees multiple times a week. Turn off the Netflix and the Hulu. Give up the Uber Eats. With rare exception, if you are an American, you have a ton of expenses you can cut far before needing to go into debt for food.

4.6. Exposed docs reveal why Tim Walz board awarded repeat child rapist pardon: ‘No future’

I said everything I'd normally say down here already on account of how the story played out and how horrible the Minnesota team behind this acted. It needed to be up there.

So this illegal immigrant, Tue Lue Vang, admitted to raping a child several times. First when she was 10, and a few times after that. Again, admitted to it.

The people in power to grant pardons in MN granted him a pardon.

Pardons aren't something to be subjectively given away because you want this child rapist to be with children. Nor are they to be given to keep criminal free in American society.

Anyone who voted "yes" to pardon this man deserve to be criminally charged.
