I agree that vigilante justice should be avoided, but I also believe that people should be able to defend themselves and their property.
If someone starts an altercation, the other person should be able to seek immediate justice, just like this clip.
Also, if you scream or make loud noises (such as whistles) within striking distance of another person, that should be considered threat of extreme bodily harm. At the very least, it should be grounds for a legal punch to the face.
